A Celebration of The Arrival of Spring - Saturday 20th March - A free online practice 9.00-10.00am

I will be holding an online practice on 20th March to mark the beginning of Spring and the Spring Equinox (9.37am) as the hours of dark and light almost equalise.  

Saturday Morning Practice -

Time 9.00 - 10.00 am followed by a short discussion on cleansing rituals and diet suitable for the advent of spring in the Ayurvedic tradition.

 This will be an energising and fun practice to encapsulate the feelings of rising energy that increased light levels encourages and to aid with the natural process of cleansing that takes part, naturally, in our bodies at this time of the year.  Modifications will be given and will be tailored to suit everyone who wants to join in.

We have yoga classes running throughout the week at the barns.

If we don't have a class at a time that suits you, please let us know so that we can see what we can do for you.  

Individual yoga sessions can also be arranged if needed.  Just get in touch to discuss what you would like.  

NEW CLASSES for 2019 

Monday starts April 29th -  4 week Beginner's with Rowena 19.30 - 21.00.

Friday starts May 3rd - 6 week beginners with Sophia 9.30-11.00 

Yoga/Somatics: Gentle and suitable for all.  Tuesdays 18.30-19.30
