How can I pay for an event?

What happens if I can no longer come to an event?
All tickets sold are non-refundable, please see our terms and conditions for full details. There will be a small handling fee of £2.00 per ticket in this case. If the event is cancelled all tickets will be refunded.
How can I pay for a wellbeing retreat?
Please contact us directly in order to discuss your particular requirements for the retreat. We ask for a deposit of £100 on booking the retreat with the full amount payable four weeks beforehand. How do I pay if I want to hire the barns?
In the case of hiring the barns for a wedding or a party we ask that you pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the hiring fee on booking, followed by the full amount six months before the date. Cancellations within 3 months of the date of your event will be subject to the full booking fee. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover this.
For all other events such as yoga days, workshops, concerts and any other event a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the hiring fee is payable at the time of booking and the remaining amount in full, six weeks before the event. If you have to cancel between six weeks and two weeks before the event 50% of the whole amount will be refundable (even if you have not already paid this) and if two weeks or less before the event, the whole amount is non-refundable.
Is there access for wheelchair users?
Parking is available close to the barn entrance which has a ramp access. Disabled facilities are available at the barns.
Is there car parking?
We have free parking for approximately 50 cars, although some of the space is on grass which is better suited for 4-wheel drive vehicles. if conditions are very wet we allow parking in our courtyard as well. Guests can also be dropped off by a small people carrier which we can arrange if arriving at the local station. Please note though that our lanes are typically narrow and large coaches are not appropriate.
How many guests can your barns seat?
For a seated meal, we have space for 80 guests.
What is your audience capacity?
For a seated audience, we have space for 100 guests.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
We have 10 large round tables, seating 8 per table and elegant gold painted chairs with velvet seats.
Do you provide table linen, cutlery and crockery?
Table linen, cutlery, crockery and glass hire is not included in the basic venue hire fee. We can arrange for hire on your behalf or recommend some excellent local providers.
Do you provide catering?
We don't offer catering for private events but we are happy to recommend some excellent local caterers.
Is the kitchen available to use by our caterers?
The kitchen is available for caterers to complete their final preparations for large events. Please contact us to discuss your requirements so that we can advise you and discuss catering needs.
