January and February are notoriously difficult months with shorter daylight hours and difficult weather conditions. In other words the perfect time to plan lovely treats to look forward to - which is exactly what we have been doing for you!
We have some definite dates and some that are still in the pipeline. We hope that you can join us and do keep an eye on our website, since we are brimming with ideas and still putting together other things for later in the year.
The Wednesday Evening Class is now at the later time of 7.15-8.45pm and we have a New Class on Sunday nights 6-7.30 with Guy Baring starting 28th February. If you haven't been to yoga for some time or are new and worried about joining a class, we can offer one to one sessions, just contact us for help.
March 5th a day of Spring Yoga and Mindfulness exploring the concept of 'Maitri' - compassion for oneself and others, with Olivia Edwards
March 19th a day focusing on: Cleansing and Renewing coinciding with the Spring Equinox and combining an energising and revitalising yoga session with a talk on nutrition and guidance on cleansing/detoxing.
May 19th-22nd If you fancy a Relaxing Holiday to recharge I will be teaching and cooking on a Yoga holiday in the South of France featuring delicious, healthy food and yoga in fabulous surroundings in the South of France.
