Yoga Classes at Black Mountains Barns



We have yoga classes running throughout the week at the barns.  

All our class details are here.  

If we don't have a class at a time that suits you, please let us know so that we can see what we can do for you.  

Individual yoga sessions can also be arranged if needed.  Just get in touch to discuss what you would like.  

NEW CLASSES for 2019 

Monday starts April 29th -  4 week Beginner's with Rowena 19.30 - 21.00.

Friday starts May 3rd - 6 week beginners with Sophia 9.30-11.00 

Yoga/Somatics: Gentle and suitable for all.  Tuesdays 18.30-19.30 

All yoga classes are held at Black Mountains Barns (HR2 0PD) close to Abergavenny, Monmouth and Hereford.  

Monday Mornings

9.45-11.15am  Mindful Flow with Miranda Shaw.  General  £12 per class.

Monday Evenings

18.00 - 19.30  Iyengar Yoga  with Rowena Harris.  General.  £10 drop in per class or £7 for concessions. 

19.30-21.00 Iyengar Yoga with Rowena.  4 week beginners course.  £10 drop in or £32 for course.  Please book directly:This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Tuesday Mornings

9.30 - 11.00am Gentle Yoga  improvers with Sophia Neill.  £12 drop in per class or £10 per class when booking a course of 5.  

     Tuesday Evenings

6.30-7.30pm - Gentle Yin and somatics - suitable for all.  £8.00.

Wednesday Mornings

9.30-11.30am Alignment Flow - (concentrating on the beneficial alignment of poses to help develop core strength and balance) with Sophia Neill.  

Some previous yoga experience required.  £12 drop in per class or £10.00 per class when booking a course of 

Friday Mornings

9.30-11.00 -with Sophia. Beginners and anyone who has not done yoga for sometime who wants to start again.  Starting May 3rd.  £12 drop in and £50 for a course of 5. 

    Saturday Mornings

8.30-9.30am Alignment flow for all, drop in £8.00.
